The Role
*Work on various financing transactions, including corporate lending, leveraged finance, and real estate finance
*Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating security documents, managing transaction processes, and liaising with borrowers, lenders, and investors
*Opportunities to take on project responsibility and engage in client development
*Supportive and structured environment with clear guidance
Skills and Qualifications
*2-4 years’ PQE in general banking
*Experience managing full transaction lifecycles
*Ability to work collaboratively with local and national teams
