About the Role:
A leading sports entertainment business is seeking an experienced Interim Head of HR to drive its people strategy and operations during a pivotal phase of growth and transformation. Based in Bournemouth, this dynamic role requires a leader who can blend strategic vision with hands-on execution to enhance the company’s workforce capabilities and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
*Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement a commercially focused HR strategy that aligns with business objectives, balancing long-term vision with operational delivery.
*Talent Acquisition & Mobility: Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, from strategic workforce planning to the operational delivery of recruitment initiatives. Manage international mobility and immigration processes for global talent.
*HRIS Implementation: Lead the selection and implementation of a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to improve HR processes and data management.
*Leadership Development: Design and deliver coaching and development programs for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to foster strong leadership capabilities and team performance.
*Employee Relations: Ensure effective employee relations practices and frameworks are in place, fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within the sports, entertainment, or a fast-paced commercial environment.
*Strong track record of balancing strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational management.
*Expertise in managing international workforce mobility and immigration.
*Demonstrated ability to lead complex HR projects, such as system implementations.
*Exceptional communication and coaching skills, with experience supporting senior leadership teams.
*A passion for cultivating a high-performing, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
