My client are a housing developer based in Fulham - they are currently looking to strengthen their Sales Team with a Sales Administrator
The ideal candidate would have experience working as a Sales Administrator or Sales Progressor for a developer or an Estate Agent
Day to day duties:
*Preparing paperwork to send to solicitors and directors
*Providing administration support to the sales and finance teams
*Raising paperwork for a sales to send to agents and sales teams
*Dealing with PO’s & invoices
*Updating invoicing spreading sheet
*Producing administration reports for board meetings
The following skills will also need to be demonstrated on your employment profile:
*Good use of Excel
*Proficient Power Point use
*Numeracy Skills
*Diary Management
