Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
*Coach and support the sales team to develop their expertise across various sectors.
*Motivate and inspire the team to achieve targets and personal development goals.
*Manage key accounts by showcasing expert product knowledge and exceptional sales skills.
*Lead daily team meetings and conduct monthly one-to-one performance reviews.
*Plan and forecast financial performance, identifying and addressing revenue gaps.
*Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and product developments.
*Foster a positive team environment that attracts and retains high-performing sales professionals.
Skills and Experience Required for the Sales Manager Role:
*Strong verbal communication and clear, concise writing skills.
*Proven sales coaching and leadership abilities.
*Analytical and numerate with proficiency in computer systems.
*Experience in sales leadership, customer focus, and strategic planning.
*Success in field sales and telesales roles.
*Budget management experience is desirable.
*Evidence of professional development and leadership training.
*A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
