Your Responsibilities: ?? Lead audit engagements: Take full responsibility for managing audits from planning to completion for a varied portfolio of clients.
?? Provide technical expertise: Offer detailed advice on financial statements, risk identification, and strategic solutions to clients.
????? Team leadership: Manage and mentor junior staff, ensuring high standards of work and meeting deadlines.
?? Client relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.

What We’re Looking For: �? Qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) with significant experience in audit and assurance services.
??? Strong leadership skills: Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop audit teams.
?? Technical proficiency: In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS, with a practical, hands-on approach to applying them.
?? Client-focused: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and offer advice to clients at all levels.
