Job Title: Office and Admissions Manager
Location: North London
Salary: Up to £41,000
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional looking for a diverse role in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are seeking an Office and Admissions Manager to oversee key administrative functions, including admissions, HR, and finance, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of an education institution.
About the Role In this role, you will:
*Manage office administration, including communication, databases, and visitor reception.
*Oversee the admissions process, from enquiries to enrolments, building strong relationships with prospective families.
*Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain staff records, including safeguarding requirements.
*Support financial processes, including managing invoices, credit control, and maintaining accurate records.
*Collaborate with staff, parents, and external stakeholders to coordinate events and activities.
What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
*Proven experience in office administration, ideally in an educational or similar setting.
*Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
*Proficiency in using management systems such as iSAMS (or similar) and the Microsoft Office suite.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
*A proactive, ’can-do’ approach, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
