Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Location: Durham
Salary: £32,000- 40,000 dependent on experience

The successful Architectural Technologist will have a few years of post-qualification experience being a confident Revit and AutoCAD user, able to produce high quality accurate technical drawings and thorough knowledge of latest building regulations.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
*CIAT accredited or working towards
*Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural technology
*5-10 years of post qualification experience in a UK based architectural practice
*Strong technical abilities
*Effective problem-solving skills
*Excellent communication and presentation abilities
*Proactive approach to self-development
*Be able to work well within a team environment as well as independently
*Diverse portfolio of projects in a range of sectors
*Experience across small - large scale projects
*Confident producing high quality technical drawings
*Through knowledge of current building regulations
*Attentiveness to detail
*Driven to keep up to date with latest software, designs and environmental issues
*Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
*Strong time management and organisational skills
*Ideally you will live locally to the Durham area
