Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Manage ER casework from start to finish, providing regular support to operational managers.
*Manage key stakeholders and managers with advice and guidance on ER related matters.
*Train, coach and develop managers on all HR processes and procedures.
*Support or Lead on annual projects focusing on enhancing ER processes and updated policies.
We are looking for:
*Proven experience managing ER cases from start to finish.
*Excellent stakeholder management experience.
*Strong Employment Law knowledge.
*Very good communicator, both written and verbal.
