What You’ll Be Doing As a Senior Building Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding results. Key responsibilities include:
*Project Management: Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring projects are completed successfully.
*Measured Surveys: Conduct detailed surveys of existing buildings and sites.
*Site Inspections: Carry out thorough inspections and prepare comprehensive reports.
*Design Expertise: Develop Employer’s Requirements for Design and Build projects.
*Tender Management: Oversee tender processes, analyze bids, and prepare detailed tender reports.
*Lifecycle Oversight: Manage projects from inception to completion, including specifications and work schedules.
