What We Look For:


*Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in UK primary schools
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
*Experience using Read Write Inc. (RWI) phonics programme
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A positive, caring, and empathetic attitude
*A collaborative spirit and a willingness to work as part of a team
*An enhanced DBS check that is subscribed to the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
