Legal Cashier

Role Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Maintain and reconcile client and office accounts, process payments, and ensure compliance with SRA Accounts Rules.
- Bank Transactions: Monitor daily transactions, prepare and process reconciliations, and handle banking duties.
- Financial Administration: Process supplier invoices, manage petty cash, and generate financial reports.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, assist with audits, and provide necessary documentation.
- Support: Assist fee earners and support staff with account queries and provide financial guidance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Legal Cashier or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SRA Accounts Rules and legal financial compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., LEAP, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
