Property Manager *Job Type: Full-time

*Salary: 28,000 - 35,000
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our client. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring high standards of service for both landlords and tenants. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in property management and lettings, who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Day-to-day of the role: *Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all aspects of property management are handled efficiently.
*Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and issues, maintaining strong relationships with both tenants and landlords.
*Coordinate both routine and emergency maintenance, liaising with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
*Conduct property inspections and arrange for necessary repairs to maintain property standards.
*Assist with tenancy renewals, terminations, and new lettings, ensuring all processes comply with relevant regulations.
*Support the team in delivering a seamless and customer-focused lettings experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in property management and lettings.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
*A problem-solving mindset, able to handle issues calmly and effectively.
*A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
