About the Role: The Pastoral Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the emotional and social well-being of students. This role involves working closely with staff, students, and parents to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing pastoral care and support to students, addressing their individual needs.

*Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they receive the appropriate care and guidance.
