Package: £25K-30K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£45K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

They work in the extremely lucrative markets and most Graduates earn £45K in their first year which is considerably more than the industry standard. They are looking for ambitious, hardworking and switched-on Graduates to join the business and start their careers in Recruitment Consultancy.

* Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients

* Meeting clients and candidates face to face

* Account Management

* Interviewing candidates

* 2:1 at Degree Level or 1 Year Sales Experience
