*Supporting individuals in managing and clearing arrears with professionalism and care.
The Ideal Candidate
*Proven experience in arrears, debt management, credit control, or collections.
*Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Strong customer service ethos with a solution-oriented mindset.
*IT proficiency and familiarity with FCA regulations, litigation processes, and consumer duty.
