IT Support Technician
Are you an experienced IT professional looking for a new challenge? Join our client’s dynamic and dedicated team as an IT Support Technician. With a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per year (DOE), you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and make a real impact in a growing organisation.
Responsibilities:
*Diagnose and resolve software and hardware faults for clients through remote networking and site visits.
*Deliver exceptional customer care, ensuring efficient problem resolution and maintaining regular contact to keep clients informed.
*Provide 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support for hardware, software, audio-visual, and telephone equipment.
*Conduct IT audits for new clients, producing reports and recommendations.
*Maintain a high standard of safety and security in relation to our clients.

*Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm working hours with on-call rotations and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications:
*Experience in networking, firewalls, and routing protocols.
*Strong understanding of Microsoft products and virtualization technologies.
*Proficient in currently supported Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
*Familiarity with WAN & LAN networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
*Microsoft certification is desirable.
