The Role:
The role of the Project Support Officer covers a diverse range of activities to support the delivery of the project’s objectives. The Project Support Officer enables the smooth running of the project by supporting the project manager through the operation of project management processes, and the co-ordination of business management actions and activities on their behalf.
Responsibilities:
1) Providing secretariat support to the LECN Governance structure
*Arranging meetings
*Preparing meeting documents
*Minuting meetings
*Responding to membership enquiries
*General administrative support to the various Chairpersons
2) Managing the LECN Service Management mailbox and tracker
*Logging each email in the mailbox tracker and assigning to the appropriate team member for action
*Responding to general enquiries with agreed standard responses
*Ensure that all email receives a response within 2 working days
*Archiving email once dealt with
3) Document management
*Ensure that all formal policy and process documents are appropriately filed and reviewed in accordance with agreed review cycle
*Update the LECN sharepoint site and Teams channels as directed
4) Supporting the Stakeholder Manager
*Assist with preparing documentation and issuing Service Manager approved service updates to customers
*Ensure that the contact database is maintained
*Meeting co-ordination
5) General administrative duties to support the BAU team
