An established law firm is seeking a Private Client solicitor to join their brand new office and build their new team! If you’re driven and eager to advance your career, build a team, while building and maintaining strong client relationships, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities: *Drafting Wills
*Assisting with estate administration and estate planning.
*Preparing Lasting Power of Attorney.
*Supporting clients with Court of Protection applications, including deputyship.
About You: *A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in private client law.
*Demonstrates expertise and enthusiasm for handling a range of private client work.
*Possesses strong interpersonal and communication and client management skills.
*Is eager to develop their skills and grow their career within a supportive and professional environment.
*Understands the vulnerabilities of clients, especially during challenging and distressing times, and approaches matters with sensitivity and care.
