Job Description:
Our client based in County Durham are looking for experienced Domestic Energy Assessors to carry out EPC’s on domestic properties throughout the South East of England.
Job description:
*To assess the energy efficiency of residential properties.
*Survey the number and sizes of rooms, floors, corridors, windows, doors and fireplaces within customers homes.
*Prepare reports and make recommendations for cost effective ways to improve energy performance.
*To produce a final Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) using computer software.
*Explain the information collected and EPC to home-owners.
Person specification:
*Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment.
*Must have a full UK driving license.
*Experience of carrying out EPC’s is essential for this role.
*Must be qualified and able to undertake EPC’s with one of the approved member bodies (Stroma, Elmhurst, ECMK etc).
*Good attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills.
*Flexible, positive approach to work.
