Composite Fitter
Job Description
*Kitting and lay-up operations, including cutting kit of materials for build sequence, warp and weft.
*Lay-up material on to mould surface correct orientation and build sequence
*Carry out Tool preparation including clean and apply release agent
*Cure operations to agreed engineering methods and processes using various plant and process equipment (Autoclaves, Ovens and Vacuum pumps).

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Work to complex engineering drawings and with moulds to produce high precision composite components.
*Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
*Previous experience working with composites
*Experience of assembling, building, fitting and creating composites parts and products
