Financial Controller
Based: Middleton area
Salary: up to £70k + bonus + benefits
Our client are a leading group offering a wide range of services across multiple businesses. Established over 60 years ago, they are leaders in their field across a range of industries, with this role acting as number 1 in finance over a subsidiary of the business that is growing rapidly, offering an opportunity to become Finance Director in future.

Reporting to Group, you will look after a small team overseeing all finance activities for the business and dealing with senior stakeholders daily.
Role:
*Providing high quality financial management to senior stakeholders
*Overseeing all finance duties including transactional duties and staff
*Managing balance sheet, overseeing bank accounts
*Cash flow forecasting, working closely with Managing Director
*Enhancing internal controls and process improvements – implementing new processes
*Leading on budgeting, forecasting & performance reviews
*Preparing and consolidating financial reports across business units
*Reporting monthly numbers to group ensuring timely and accurate
Experience:
*ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified
*Strong technical finance experience & ability to be hands on when needed
*Good leadership skills, able to drive and develop a small team
*Strong communicator able to deal with senior stakeholders daily
