Commercial Manager - Media & Broadcast
Location: Commutable distance to London

*Up to £68K base salary

Join Arqiva as a Commercial Manager, where you will ensure all commercial deliverables are met with precision and quality. Your responsibilities will include managing customer audits, handling risk and dispute management, and negotiating various aspects of contracts. You will also draft and manage customer and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with Arqiva’s governance and policies.
The role:
*Contract Assurance: Ensure all commercial deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
*Impact Assessments: Provide commercial content under the change control process.
*Customer Audits: Manage customer audits effectively.
*Risk and Dispute Management: Handle risks and disputes.
*Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate all aspects of the contract.
*Supplier Contracts: Manage necessary changes in supplier contracts in line with governance, policies, and procedures.
*Drafting Contracts: Draft customer/supplier contracts and other commercial agreements (e.g., Team agreements, NDAs).
The person:
*Experience: Relevant experience in commercial management of contracts, claims/dispute management, and customer/stakeholder management.
*Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with stakeholders, customers, and third parties.
*Communication Skills: Demonstrable presentation, planning, and communication skills.
