Temporary Receptionist/Administrator
Selsey/Chichester
£12.00-£13.00
Minimum 2 week contract starting 07th January
Our client is a family-run manufacturing company located in Selsey/Chichester, specialising in structural steelwork and architectural metalwork. They work with a diverse range of clients across various industries and are known for delivering high-quality products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the estimating team, including processing initial enquiries and issuing quotations to clients.
- Manage the front desk and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming customer calls and route them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to enquiries and quotations.
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed to support the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Friendly with a customer-oriented approach.
