*Client Consultation: Support clients such as Homes England, DIO, and private landowners in navigating land disputes, land promotion, and strategic development agreements.
*Land Disposal Market: Help expand the team’s footprint in land sales, focusing on greenfield opportunities and strategic land advisory.
Desired Skills & Expertise
*Valuation and Appraisals: Experience conducting valuations and preparing development appraisals.
*Negotiation & Agency: Strong negotiation skills and expertise in land agency practices.
*Familiarity with masterplanning processes and development consultancy.
