About The Role:
Are you ready to take your career in sales and account management to the next level? As a Corporate Renewals Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing the renewal negotiations for a portfolio of Vitality Health’s corporate policies for businesses with less than 200 employees. This role is perfect for someone with a background in Private Medical Insurance or financial services, looking to leverage their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Actions: *Negotiate and renew annual corporate contracts for intermediated schemes with less than 200 employees (approx. 50 clients).
*Maintain and develop key relationships with internal stakeholders, including Vitality’s Corporate Underwriting team.
*Build strong broker relationships and deliver mid-year client review meetings.
*Organise your workload to include daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
*Report on retention renewals status and communicate Vitality’s full Private Medical Insurance and Wellbeing Programme and Services to brokers and clients.
What you need to thrive: *Experience in Private Medical Insurance or financial services.
*Proven written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong organisational skills.
*Ability to prioritise multiple work items and meet strict deadlines.
*Experience translating key data into sales messaging.
*Passion for the Vitality product and brand.
*Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general computer literacy.
