You’ll work on diverse projects across Scotland and the UK, advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, development projects, leasing, and property finance.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage commercial property transactions, ensuring smooth acquisitions and sales
*Provide guidance on development projects, from planning to sale
*Advise on commercial leasing and asset management
*Structure and negotiate property finance deals
Ideal Candidate:
*1-6 years’ PQE in commercial property law
*Strong client focus with excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
*Eager to learn and grow with continuous professional development
