Customer Logistics Manager (Order Management)
Location - Derby
Salary - up to £62,000 + car alowance + bonus

Key Responsibilities for the position of Customer Logistics Manager (Order Management) -
*Lead and manage the end-to-end order life cycle, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
*Act as the main point of contact with 3PL partners, ensuring adherence to KPIs and smooth operations.
*Develop and mentor a team of coordinators and administrators, fostering growth and excellence.
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on new product launches, seasonal activities, and operational goals.
*Identify and resolve root cause issues in order management processes, driving continuous improvement.
*Implement and champion automation initiatives to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
*Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring excellent service and seamless communication across teams.
Key Experience Required for the position of Customer Logistics Manager (Order Management) -
*Strong background in FMCG or 3PL order management, including expertise with ERP systems (e.g., JDE or similar).
*Proven experience leading and developing teams in a high-performance environment.
*Demonstrated success in process improvement, particularly transitioning manual workflows to automated systems.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and external partnerships.
*Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools to support decision-making and reporting.
