Job Description:
RECEPTIONIST
A permanent opportunity as a Receptionist in a well-known and prominent West End law firm with branches across London!
RECEPTIONIST ROLE:
*Managing reception area and meeting rooms to ensure smooth office operations
*Greeting clients professionally and offering refreshments before meetings
*Handling mainline calls and managing new enquiries
*Managing postal duties efficiently
*Providing ad hoc administrative support to solicitors, including generating client invoices and recording payments in the legal case management system
*Creating user accounts and requesting deeds on the Land Registry portal
*Preparing and dispatching property deeds to clients
*Archiving closed client files in Microsoft Excel
*Replenishing office supplies as needed
*Reporting office maintenance issues to suppliers or the Operations Manager
*Coordinating with IT Support to resolve technical issues
RECEPTIONIST ESSENTIALS:
*Minimum 12 months of corporate reception experience
*Existing right to work in the UK
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Highly organised with a proactive approach
*Proficient in Microsoft 365 and able to quickly adapt to internal systems
*Team player with a willingness to support beyond primary duties
*Comfortable with working 5 days in the office
*Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
*Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word
