Job Description:
Role Overview
proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.
Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Returns Coordinator to be a key part of our Egham team, joining an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.
Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected by the remuneration and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
RMA & Product Administration:
*Manage the Global RMA process - this will include:
*Processing Return for credit items with Suppliers
*Processing Project site returns for return or stocking
*Proactive investigation of closed project stock for return or stocking
*Logging RMA’s with Suppliers
*Issuing purchase orders for repairs
*Coordination with Suppliers to initiate RMA’s and for progress on open RMA’s
*Updating the database on status updates for RMA’s and assets
*Coordination with helpdesk on open and completed repairs
Purchase Order processing including chasing of orders:
*Processing of Purchase orders
*Chasing orders
Logistics:
*Arranging deliveries & collections (locally and globally)
*Booking goods in and out of warehouse where required
*Assisting with packing where required
*Picking goods for credit from Warehouse where required
Person specification
*Administration skills necessary to support the role, including filing and scanning of documents
*Ability to work on own initiative
*Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
*Meticulous attention to detail
*Flexible
