Key Responsibilities
*Attending Client meetings & corresponding with clients
*Writing Engagement Letters
*Writing suitability reports
*Keying new business, drawdowns, Bed & SIPPs, rebalances and withdrawals.
*Populating applications
*Updating Voyant
*Cash & Rebalance Reports
*Checking CGT Reports
*CF Calculations
*Diploma in regulated financial planning or studying towards
Skills & Experience
*Highly organised with excellent communication skills
*Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
*Exceptional attention to detail
*Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
*Open to change with a creative approach to problem solving
*Works well on own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of a team.
