Teaching Assistant
Location: Specialist Primary School, Telford
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Full-time, term time only
A Specialist Primary School in Telford that we work are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants, they cater to pupils aged 4 to 11 with diverse needs, including SLCN, ASD, PD, and MLD.
We are seeking a experienced and adaptable Teaching Assistants to support teachers and other members of staff in delivering tailored educational experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support.
- Help create a safe and positive learning environment.
- Support individual learning plans and monitor progress.
- Promote positive behavior and assist with classroom management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience with children, especially those with additional needs, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a patient approach.
