Job Description:
Are you a persuasive communicator who loves turning conversations into success stories? We’re looking for Telesales Executives to join our clien’ts expanding Sales team based in Andover!

Working at the company’s head office, there will be many opportunities within your first year of working to pursue and explore different roles within the company - so, if you’re looking to build a career within a supportive and energetic working environment, this is a fantastic opportunity!
As the Telesales Executive, you’ll enjoy the following:
•A salary of up to 25-30k+ OTE
•Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)
•25 days holiday plus bank holidays
•Free on-site parking
•Lots of growth and progression opportunities within 1 year
•Private health insurance after successful completion of the probation period
•Death in Service (3x salary) after successful completion of the probation period
•A flexible, friendly and collaborative working environment in a steadily expanding company
As the Telesales Executive, you’ll be responsible for:
•Achieving and exceeding sales goals
•Making outbound calls, with the objective of securing face-to-face appointments for the external sales team
•Coordinating with the field sales team to efficiently schedule appointments
•Working closely with other team members sharing best practice and developing positive relationships with key accounts

We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a natural talent for providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a target-driven environment, is proactive, adaptable, and resilient, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Prior sales experience is a plus, but a passion for success and growth within a dynamic team is what matters most!
