Salary & Benefits
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexible, hybrid working
Holiday: 22 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), plus your birthday off
Role Overview
This Tax Senior role offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing tax team within an accountancy practice that prioritises quality and innovation. Based in either Northampton or Leicester, you’ll manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional compliance and advisory services.
Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, preparing corporate tax returns, liaising with HMRC, and supporting the accounts team to meet deadlines. This role is ideal for a driven individual seeking professional growth while delivering a first-class service to clients.
About You/Job Requirements We’re looking for a candidate who brings the following:
At least three years of relevant tax experience within an accountancy practice.
ATT, CTA, ACCA, or ACA qualification.
Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly.
Proficiency with IT systems (including intermediate Excel); AlphaTax experience is a bonus.
A proactive, ambitious mindset and flexibility to meet evolving business needs.
A valid driving license.
