Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) (open to part time)
Pay rate: £21.80 per hour

You will provide a comprehensive, effective & integrated social work service to young people & their families & carers using services in both a community & inpatient setting.

What you’ll need:
*Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
*HCPC Registration
*Experience of conducting assessments identifying health and social care needs
*Relevant specialist training in the skills required for the specialty area
