Key Responsibilities:
*Manage your own caseload of Family Law matters, including:
*Relationship breakdowns, divorce, and financial settlements.
*Children’s matters and domestic abuse cases.
*Drafting and advising on nuptial agreements.
*Communicate effectively with clients and third parties, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
*Monitor, support, and delegate work to junior staff, including paralegals.
