Administrator - Part - Time
Hammersmith - Immediate start
£15.00 per hour
Our client is currently looking for an Administrator. You will be responsible for covering the main Reception area and providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere to visitors and staff. Working 20 hours per week, flexible over 3-4 days.
Key Responsibilities for Administrator;
*The role involves managing the meeting rooms, ensure all meeting rooms are kept clean and well stocked
*Support with organization and set up of meetings for events and displays
*Order and manage stationery levels for each floor
*Set up and clean down of communal beverage machines
*Responsible for dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, including special delivery
*Provide general admin support including typing, filing and ad hoc duties will be
*Raise Facility related Purchase Orders and support Facilities Manager with raising POs for other non-facility departments by request
*Support the site with day to day office and facility related items, reporting issues, providing progress updates etc
Key skills required for Administrator include;
*Excellent communication skills
*Professional and friendly disposition
*Proactive and on the ball
*Excellent organisational skills
*Competent with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Part-time | Administrator | Hammersmith | Long-term Temporary | £14 - £15.00 per hour
