Job Summary
We are seeking a technical sales estimator to join a dynamic team within the sheet metalwork/engineering division.
Responsibilities
*Analyse technical drawings, specifications, and other documentation to accurately assess requirements.
*Prepare cost estimates, considering factors such as material, labour & finishing costs
*Collaborate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
*Participate in client meetings to discuss existing and new projects.
*Maintain accurate records of estimates, pricing data, and project documentation.
*Working closely with key personnel for prototype and development works.
Requirements
*Ability to read technical drawings
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programmes.
*Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
*Effective communication and negotiation skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
*Experience in AutoCAD or similar.
*Previous sales experience in sheet metalwork, fabrication or engineering.
