This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead financial preparation and reporting for a small group of entities, while driving improvements in processes and controls.
  
What You’ll Be Doing
*Preparing monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
*Reporting P&L results against budget and forecast.
*Leading balance sheet reviews and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
*Managing and developing a small team of trainee accountants.
*Supporting the annual budgeting process and revenue assurance projects.
*Collaborating with key business stakeholders and central teams (Group, Tax, Compliance).
*Driving continuous improvement across controls and processes.
  
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA or CIMA
*A logical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
*Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised.
*A strong communicator who can work effectively with stakeholders across and outside Finance.
