These schools are seeking passionate SEN Teaching Assistants committed to empowering students to reach their full potential through dedicated teaching and support.

Hours: 8:30 am - 3:45 pm
Ideal for Graduates: Particularly those with aspirations in Clinical Psychology, Youth Work, or Care experience
This position offers a chance to gain valuable experience in challenging environments, supporting children with complex behaviours. De-escalation techniques and effective communication will play a key role in your success in this role.
What we’re looking for:
*Personal or professional experience with children or young people is advantageous, though not essential.
*A caring, energetic, and enthusiastic approach.
*Ability to work collaboratively with teaching and support staff within Bedford schools.
*Passion for helping children and young people with special educational needs thrive.
Requirements:
*Enhanced DBS (on the update service) or willingness to obtain one.
*Right to work in the UK.
*Level 2 or higher Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification.
*Ideally based locally to Bedford.
