Key Responsibilities:

*Assist in due diligence processes, including reviewing leases, contracts, and financial statements.
*Track market trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including acquisitions, asset management, and finance.
Skills:
*A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
*1-3 years of experience in real estate investment, investment banking, or management consulting.
*Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; experience with Argus is a plus.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
*Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
*A passion for real estate and a proactive approach to learning and professional growth.
