What You’ll Do
*Answer customer questions via phone and email promptly and professionally.
*Handle complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
*Guide customers on how to use our products/services and provide helpful tips.
*Work with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
