Job Description:
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for marketing and an interest in the legal sector? A leading law firm is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their team on a six-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will provide vital support to the firm’s marketing efforts, working closely with assistants across various teams. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, formatting, and drafting documents and emails, preparing agendas and taking minutes, and assisting with event preparation—such as creating name badges, organising promotional materials, and ensuring events run smoothly by greeting clients and managing registration. You will also oversee data management tasks, including maintaining accurate contact lists, filing correspondence, and organising marketing folders.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree and bring some prior experience in a legal or professional services setting, along with a background in marketing administration. Strong attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication are essential to succeed in this role.
If you’re ready to contribute to a fast-paced and professional environment, apply now and play a key part in driving the firm’s marketing initiatives.
