Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of divisional figures.
• Analyze financial data and produce detailed reports to support business decision-making.
• Maintain and improve the ERP system (Intact) to ensure data consistency between divisional figures and the profit and loss account.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Support senior leadership with strategic financial insights and recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Demonstrable experience in analyzing complex datasets using various software tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP, SPSS, and SQL (advantageous).
• Proven background in financial management, preferably within the textile or manufacturing industry.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
