Our client, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Loughton area, is looking to employ a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. They have consistently been market leaders this year and to continue this success, they are looking for an individual with a vast amount of experience to join the team.
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
*Basic - £25,000
*OTE - £40,000
*20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
*Career Progression
Working Hours:
*Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00
*Every Saturday | 09:00 – 17:00
*Day in Lieu
To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator Role you must have:
*Experience Winning Instructions
*Experience Working in a fast-paced environment
*The Determination to push a branch forward
*Full UK Driving License
*Experience completing the full lettings life cycle
*A full understanding of legalities surrounding lettings
As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:
*Booking Viewings
*Booking and Winning Market Appraisals
*Negotiating offers
*Driving the business forward
*Tenant Qualification/Tenant Screening
