Job Description:
Studio Administrator
Salary: £30,000
Location: Kennington
Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.
This role will be full time office based - with the potential for 1 day a week wfh after probation
(ideally looking for candidates living a short commute from Kennington)
Start date: no later than Wednesday 18th December
20 days Holiday with the addition of the period between Christmas Eve and new Years day

As the Studio Administrator, your main focus will be on ensuring the smooth daily operation of the studio. Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement studio policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of operations.
*Prepare agendas and information for meetings.
*Understand client needs and assist in completing client-facing status reports.
*Administer IT consultants and suppliers.
*Ensure the studio’s facilities and IT resources are in good working order.
*Assist with financial tasks such as issuing proposals and invoices.
*Support marketing efforts and new business development.
*Maintain quality assurance procedures and update QA manuals as needed.
*Coordinate studio events and manage HR-related tasks.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
*Knowledge or prior experience in a similar poistion is a plus.
*A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work well in a team.
