Plumbing Training Officer
Location: Teesside & North East Region (Home-Based)
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:
As a Plumbing Training Officer, you will:
*Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical Plumbing and Gas training (Level 3 and above).
*Support and guide apprentices through their learning journey, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
*Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and work to the highest safety and quality standards.
*Actively promote the organization’s services and contribute to industry events.

We’re looking for someone with:
*Strong technical expertise in plumbing, backed by relevant qualifications (L3 NVQ in Plumbing or equivalent).
*An Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, A2, or D32).
*Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
*Proficiency in IT, administration, and organization.
*A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Desirable but Not Essential:
*Experience with government training schemes or NVQ programs.
*A teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, or Cert Ed).
Additional Information:
