Job Description:
KC Group are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Communication Executive to join a leading global manufacturer based In the Solihull area.
You will lead and manage their social media channels and email marketing calendar. Working closely with the wider marketing team and external agencies, you will develop engaging campaigns that increase brand and product awareness, drive lead generation, and create compelling written content across digital and offline channels, including PR, newsletters, and sales collateral.
Key skills required for the Marketing Communication Executive role:
*Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in copywriting and communications planning.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite), and email platforms (e.g., Campaign Monitor).
*Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and project management tools.
*Knowledge of the Health & Safety and Fire Safety sectors.
Key duties of the Marketing Communication Executive role:
*Develop high-impact content for social media channels to boost engagement and brand awareness.
*Analyse digital content performance to inform future campaigns.
*Manage the email marketing calendar targeting existing and prospective customers.
*Create online and offline marketing materials such as blogs, articles, brochures, and sales collateral.
*Collaborate with external partners to enhance SEO and drive digital growth.
*Support new product launches with innovative content, including videos and reels.
*Coordinate and execute award submissions and assist with events.
*Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand communication.
Key Information about the Marketing Communication Executive role:
*Full Time Permanent role
*Salary up to £35k DOE
*25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays and birthday)
