At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Excellent Opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join a global leading wholesaler in the Wirral area..
Salary: up to £27,000 Depending On Experience
Holidays: 24 days + Bank Holidays
Location: Wirral - Fully Office Based
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 5.00pm Friday 8.45m - 3.15pm

Main responsibilities to include:
*Responding to a high volume of emails and calls.
*Liaising with customers via telephone and email.
*Inputting and processing new customer warranty claim.
*Arranging customer collections and returns.
*Ordering spare parts for products under warranty.
*Operating Live Chat.
*Handling e-commerce order queries.
*Liaising with the warehouse team in relation to order queries.
*Processing e-commerce customer returns.
The ideal candidate:
*Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner.
*Ability to upsell services or products to enhance customer experience.
*Proficient in Microsoft products, word, outlook.
*Understanding of Empathy.
*Must be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
