Trainee Insurance Administrator
Cheltenham | £22,000 + Fully Funded Qualifications
We are excited to partner with a global organisation in their search for a Trainee Insurance Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their office-based career, with full training provided through both classroom sessions and on-the-job learning. Responsibilities:
*Create and gather documentation from files
*Accurately enter, amend, and update data on relevant systems
*Respond to enquiries and assist with client queries
*Reconcile and allocate payments
*Create reports and process premiums
*Quality check documentation
Requirements:
*Ability to analyse key information with a high attention to detail
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office
*Ability to follow processes and problem-solve
*Willingness to learn and develop
*A basic understanding of insurance principles
*Positive attitude and enthusiasm
