Job Opportunity: Homelessness Support Worker
Are you passionate about supporting individuals within Homelessness? We are looking for a dedicated Support Workers to join our client across their support services within Hertfordshire.
Key Details:
*Hours: 37.5 hours per week across a Monday - Sunday rota
*Salary £24 - 28k
Key Responsibilities:
*Hold a caseload of clients, conducting regular key working sessions and creating support and safety plans
*1 -1 sessions with the service users
*Responding to resident queries within the service
*Recovery Programme Support: Assist in the development, delivery, and evaluation of the in-house recovery programme in partnership with the recovery and opportunities coordinator
*Identify individual care pathways, treatment options, and support clients to navigate and participate in these systems
*Helping service users with Independent life skills
Experience Requirements:
*Experience in a similar role or working with individuals with vulnerable needs
